Transforming a fashion brand
SCB Partners was commissioned by fashion label Esprit to conduct consumer research to inform the brand’s transformation process. Using a blend of qualitative and quantitate processes, SCB Partners built distinct consumer typologies, with recommendations for which specific groups it should prioritise going forward.
Establishing a premium rum
Bacardi wished to build its ultra-premium rum brand Facundo within the world of Latin American art. In order to help the brand successfully capture this challenging space, SCB Partners appointed a leading design studio to build a holistic brand guideline – from positioning to execution – that was sensitive to the nuances of modern luxury.
From retailer to label
Being one of the top online stores for luxury fashion, Yoox wished to leverage its fashion credentials and launch an in-house fashion brand called 8 by Yoox. In order to understand how to optimise this, the retailer enlisted SCB Partners to carry out extensive qualitative and quantitative work to understand the ‘staples’ fashion market, and ultimately how 8 by Yoox can exist within this space.
