It goes without saying that all of us here at Havas helia are committed to protecting your privacy. That’s why we created this page, to explain why we collect your personal information, how we use it and how we keep it secure.

We promise:

Who are Havas helia?

We’re a data and customer engagement agency that’s part of Havas Creative Group, a global network of industry leading media communications agencies. We’re a registered company with the numbers to prove it (02548077), and 3 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG is where we call home.

We’ll only ever collect your information, with your permission

We’ll hold contact information you provide to us (such as your name, address, phone or email) when you sign up to events or submit your details through our website.

Information on your preferences
We’ll collect information about events you attend, or products you buy or enquire about.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

  • Ask for your views on our services
  • Let you know about any changes to our services
  • Send you communications that you’ve asked for

Any information that you submit to us is stored on secure servers. We also review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis, so we’ll only hold your information on our systems for as long as is necessary.

Will we ever pass your information on to Third Party Services?

Yes, but only in order to complete a task or provide a service on your behalf. For example, we may pass your information to a third party service in order to send you tickets to an event. But please know that when we do use third party services, we only ever send them the information they need to deliver that service. They’re contracted to keep your information secure, and cannot use it for marketing purposes.

We’ll never release your information to any third parties beyond the Havas Network for them to use for their own direct marketing purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law. Can you access and update your information?

Yes, you can ask for a copy of the information Havas helia have about you at any time. If you do want to do that, or if your details have changed, please email data.protectionuk@havas.com.

The accuracy of your information is important to us. So we’re working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct your information.

Securing your data

We know how important it is to protect and manage your personal data, so we thought you’d want to know about the measures we have in place.
